Stop talking about it and put in the work. Visions and dreams are great, but won’t inspire people forever.

Even on a much smaller scale, you need to walk the walk. You build your reputation by delivering consistently.
Don’t just promise to do things, do them. It’s hard work, but totally worth it. Show them!
