“Heeey, you know what? I just thought of something we should totally do.”

Yes, that’s a great idea, but…

• Is there an interest / a market?
• Do you have the competencies?
• A trusted supplier or service provider?
• The budget?
• The people?
• Does it comply with regulations and standards?
• Who has to sign off on this?
• When do you want it?

Ideas can come in a split second. Seeing them through takes meticulous planning, dedication and a lot of time. Implementation is crucial.
