Start even if you can only do little

  • Post author:

Just like last year, I prepared an Advent Calendar for you. I just think they are great and I hope that you will like it.

This time, I even made a little animation out of it, so it looks more like a real Advent Calendar.

Today’s quote is “It is the greatest of all mistakes is to do nothing because you can only do little – do what you can” by Sidney Smith.

It’s crucial that you don’t put so much pressure on yourself.
We tend to overestimate what we have to do on a daily basis to see improvement.

Every little contribution matters and adds up over time.

The first steps are the most important because they get momentum going.
The more steps you take, the easier it gets.

It can be intimidating when you look at people who do what you’d like to do and who you admire.

It’s crucial that you don’t compare yourself to them. They also got to where they are now by taking tiny steps in the beginning.

Give your dreams time.

If you think you can only do little – do little. That’s perfectly fine. As long as you do something.
And then it’s just a question of patience and consistency.

Start even if you can only do little. And get ready for your opportunity. Enjoy your Sunday!
