It’s super important that you don’t get sucked into the bad energy of things that don’t go your way.
There’s only so much you can control. If you can change something about your situation, then do it.
Always do everything you possibly can.

Detach yourself

When things aren’t going your way, and it’s out of your hands, you need to let go.
Getting frustrated and upset won’t make it any better. It can even make your situation worse.

When you’re grumpy and all-consumed by whatever is happening, you can’t focus on solutions.
When you’re stuck in complaining, that’s all you can do.
The more you think and talk about the bad stuff, the more your brain will look for related  stuff.

And before you know it, it’s all you can think about.

We tend to spend too much time on self-pity and justifying ourselves. It simply doesn’t matter.
Don’t waste your energy on something you have no influence over. It’s not worth it.

The sooner you can accept the situation as it is, the sooner you can move on. And that’s what you want ultimately.
